Financing closed for the construction of La Olazul, a supportive and affordable residential rental building located in the Mount Hope neighborhood of the Bronx. The development will reserve 60% of the apartments for formerly homeless residents receiving supportive services and the balance for low-income individuals and families.

Westhab is thrilled to announce that lottery applications are now open for Summit on Hudson, a 113-unit affordable housing residence located at 76 Locust Hill Avenue in Yonkers.
